U Haul
Ripoff, faulty equipment, horrendous customer service, rude employees, unwilling to compensate

On Tuesday July 18th I rented a 24 foot U Haul truck to drive one way from Virginia to Jacksonville, Fl. When I picked up the truck I was told it had a full tank of gas, it didn't, their comment was, " Oh, that was the one that was in the shop, we will re mark your paper work." So I take ...

Our experience with U-Haul has been a complete NIGHTMARE! The movers we hired through the U-Haul service never showed up despite several phone calls from them, including one saying they were on their way! They didn't want to come because apparently they are not actually in Dallas / Irving but out ...

I hired a U Haul vehicle in Machias, ME to maneuver back my possessions again to New York. I got about 300 kilometers in to the journey ...
