I ordered on-line with Target 11/22. My order has been sitting in a holding pattern ever since. Target has turned the info to UPS, UPS has not come to pick-up. Target claims the order can't be cancelled because it's shipped yet it's sitting on their loading dock. UPS hasn't accepted the package ...
