3 times they said they would call, 3 times they failed to. Its a money maker, thats all and the customer, as far as they are concerned, is never right! Pathetic

They treated me like an idiot, I presume this is because they are idiots. I am not 100% sure why the supervisor would continue to talk over, firstly myself, then my wife, while we are trying to explain the nature of the problem. Anyway, calls are not returned as promised and prices are misleading ...

We did a reservation through them for a trip to Malaga. When we landed and went to collect the car, it turned out that the company there (Advantages) does not work with VISA cards. This is an outrage, as RentalCars' terms and conditions explicitly state that Visa cards are a valid mean of payment. ...

What a rip off. Refund refused on technicality. They make bookings as agents on behalf of several car hire companies and they take payment online. If for any reason the booking is not accepted by the car hire company, carrental.com would refuse a refund, saying you should have read the terms and ...
