Clicked on a site offering free samples of mac makeup. I was asked to enter my phone number to recieve a pin number to enter. 2 seconds later i recieve 4 text messages charging me £4.50 each!!! Can they do that??? I didnt agree to any charges! Any suggestions??? ...
