At 6:54 am on Dec 26, I stopped for gas at the Paulsboro BP. My daughter asked for $10.00 worth of gas, the attendant repeated ten (in his best english) and took my daughters debit card. After waiting a while because the station was busy, my daughter gets a receipt for $35.04 worth of gas. My ...
