A person from Palmco, came to my door and said he represented PSE&G, he said I was going to get a discount on my bill because of the power outage caused by the storm (Sandy), I showed him my bill, but saw his ID was palmco, I immedenilty called PSE&G, and informed them of what was going on, ...
