They sent me a check for $4902 and said i won $250,000 and the check would be delivered on friday jan 26when i dposit the check for $4902 it did not clear the bank now wants to close my acount

Iin the mail and it was for recieved a check for $4902. Iread the letter and it said that i won $250,000. I deposited the check and it did not clear but my account is now over drafted by $4902.
