Took money from my account for complete order and never sent the backordered items nor gave a refund
I placed an order in July and was sent part of the order and was charged for a complete order. Was charged $67.75 when I should have been charged $31.54 for the items that were actually sent. The rest of the order was put on backorder. Now it is Aug 29th and I have not received the backordered ...
