Llc charged $325.00 for appraisal, charged again $175.00 to certify to bank., without informing me, the client who pays for this. Ripoff

Had a home appraisal done for refi. The miller group did the appraisal at a one time cost of $325.00 no other cost were ever dicussed. Couple of week later we get another bill for $175.00 for the same appraisal provided to a lending bank, without any approval from us. Miller did no work, incurred ...
