I have purchased a 'cleaning' contract in july, I tried to get back to them 3 months later as suggested to 'clean' again, with no call backs or e-mail answer. Now my computer is acting up again and again I'm beeing rederected to ANOTHER microsoft consultant to spend ANOTHER 200.$ ...
