Unbelievable pay phone rate! Disgraceful!
I had to pull off the road the other day and make an emergency phone call.in using a pay phone, I had to make 3 calls to reach the person necessary. The first two calls were unanswered, the 3rd and final call did answer and was less than 2 minutes in conversation. I was neither told nor prompted ...
