Scam company, don't use them! They charge you to discontinue service!
This company was used as our registered agent for our corporation. It's an $85 fee. We decided not to use them anymore, and they're automatically charging our credit card $85 each year until we PAY THEM $99 TO END THE SERVICE!!! DO NOT use this company.
