We also were scammed by Horizon Travel / aka TCI in Salem NH in August. We paid $4,995.00 for this membership which included 2 weeks of condo usage per year. We won a so called trip for 3 days 2 nights to either Cancun, Orlando Florida or Las Vegas. We sent in a check for $100.00 for this trip and ...
