My loan was originally w/Equicredit. They tried forclosing on my loan. I had made two pymts and they still proceeded. Equicredit and Fairbanks have the same address in Jax, FL as listed above. Equicredit is AKA Bank of America. I received a letter informing me my loan was sold to Fairbanks. ...
