On 11/4/04 I ordered a pair of boots it took 12 days to get them, when they did get here, They appered to be factory seconds, I called the company and spoke to Heather. I was told to return the boots with Instructions on what i wished to be done. It cost me $12.00 to ship the boots back. I again ...
