I ordered this product for 2 regular cartridges high, and 2 menthol cartridges high on 3/28, was billed 3/29 and did not receive cartridges until 4/13, with no explaination until 4/11 after calling 3 times. I was pissed and started smoking again. With this kind of service I might as well continue ...
