I ordered a book on Feb. 16th and paid an additional $5 for expedited shipping. The description of the book said "Ships in 48 hours". The book arrived Feb. 27th and was shipped UPS Ground. Hardly what I would call "Expedited shipping". Not that I expected FedEx for that price ...
