Items Not Shipped, Out of Stock Replacements, No Customer Service Reply

Internet & Web ichard124 0

Dealdash.com is a penny auction site I joined in October. At first I thought the website was great and seemed to be very fair, they set win limits, you could buy the item at retail and get your bid back. Things were going well, I won a few small items and got them within a week. Then in November ...

Won Sleep Sheep for $5.51, Paid and Never Received It

I was intrigued by all the people who were winning big ticket items for small prices. I bought a pack of bids and then didn't receive the bids. I had to file a complaint with Paypal before I received my bids. Used them all and didn't get anything, but felt hopeful if I played my cards right I might ...

Out of Stock Offers and No Response After Winning Bids

Internet & Web mlehardman 0

Www.dealdash.com is apparently going down the tubes. According to the BBB there are 139 closed complaints in the LAST 12 MONTHS alone. I wish we had read this before. We have been duped for a lot of money. Won bids only to find out "Out of Stock" offers of less valuable trade offs and Bid ...

Bid Accepted After the Timer Had Expired

Internet & Web TNTpops 0

DealDash.com is a Penny auction site that the purchase price for an item increases by a penny for every bid. A consumer has to purchase bids, at which I had purchased mine for $0.17/bid. The bidding is set against a timer counting down from 30 seconds, then to 20 seconds, then finally to 10 seconds ...

Many Won Items Unshipped, Out of Stock Offers Worth Less, PayPal Disputes

I signed up with Dealdash from an advertisment on my Facebook Page. I checked it out online and found nothing but praise. This was in October. I spent a fair amount of money to purchase bids. The first bid pack was $36.00 (bids were 60 cent each initially) I lost those bids pretty quickly not ...

Frying Pan and Black Ops 2 Not Shipped, Facebook Posts Deleted

The site itself is not terrible. It is kind of a scam in that they make so much money off each item being bid on, but it is not a scam in the sense that they tell you exactly how they are going to make that money up front. I bought about 250 bids and had pretty good luck. I lost my first couple ...
