13 months ago ordered Cybersonic tooth brush, have had 1 (one) set of new brushes, got through to them 1 (one) time in 13 mos. They charged s&h on my credit card, no tooth brushes, called credit card co. & told them... Have heard nothing from either... Robert Ulrich needs to be told about ...
