Captiol One will not close my account and made a payment settelment they did not keep there agreement
I had two credit cards with CAPTIOL ONE. Bolth of them with a limit of $200.00 MAX LIMIT. I had a service over the inernet with Earth Link, a company that works with Captiol One. When I cancled my service with Earth Link, I was near my limit with Capitol One on one of my cards. My other card was ...
