Cablevision, They haven't showed up for 7 appointments to pick up their equipment, and now want to charge me $700. For it!
I had a business account with Cablevision. I sold the business, and called for disconnection on Jan 12. They said service would stop Jan 15th, and they would pick up their equipment (2 boxes & 1 modem) on Jan, 16. The service did not shut off on Jan 15, nor did they show up for the equipment on ...
