This company scammed us on parts needed and on a contracted PM did nothing but look for ways to charge us for other things
Upon arriving to do a contracted PM the (techs) showed up at 10:30 am (too late to do properly before lunch) went on the roof for about 30 minutes and returned with a serious problem.
