AKC AKC has the means to stop puppy mills but doesn't
Most puppy mills adverstise their AKC dogs, however, the AKC does not inspect the kennels of breeders who register many litters per year, nor to they raise an eyebrow to kennels breeding multiple breeds of dogs. Why is this??? Would it cut too much into their own revenue? They have the means to ...
