I have had my alarm with ADT Securewatch for one year. Up to two months ago when my alarm was activated I never got a call. The tech came out, fixed the problem but could not explain what the problem was. Since he did 'something' now I get call backs. Hmmm! Their billing practices are horrendous. ...
