This is to report a fraudulent mailing with an explanation of winning a 2011 Lottery drawing of $50,500. In letter there was a check for $3550 to pay a $2500 tax payment. This check is a fraud. On the envelop the return address is Customer Service - PO Box 4500 Markham Ont. L3R 6G9. I would hope ...
