This company has no customer service to speak of. They are difficult to get through to and employees have also reneged on what had been agreed upon problem resolutions
I have read about the grief that many people have had with IPOWERWEB. I am lucky in that I only registered domain names with them. However, I experienced their total lack of customer service too.
