I ordered the Carleton Sheets course, returned it with two weeks from phoneing the order in, insured it, now the first time they contacted me said the weight of the box was incorrect therefore all the stuff was not included, wrong, I have reciept, then they claimed two dvds are missing, incorrect, ...
