QuiBids charged my debit card $48.00 and did not give me the bids... I have emailed them 5 times. Now the site refuses to send an email. I get a message saying "You already report this" The phone wait time is 60 plus mins... I gave up after 8o minute wait time. So I am out $48 and nothing ...
