Sears - City Bank ran up interest & late charges. Never contacted us for 8 months by mail or phone. Turned us over to NCO - a collection agency. Received a call from NCO on 1-16-06. They merely said "You owe Sears $280.56. What do you want to do about it." No explanation! Then another ...
