Closed account and have a "Credit Do ME". My bills were paid by direct deposit through bank. They tell me I have to wate 6 to 12 weeks and they will mail me a check! Ripoff
After closing my account i have a "credit balance" and i would like my money. I have spoke to several people (supervisors, there supervisor etc), and on 6/11 i was told that they would deposit my money directly into my bank that day. They did not! I called today 6/14 to see why it was not ...
