I received a notification that I had won a lottery in Canada. First flag... I never played the lottery. It was in the 2nd category at Niagra Casino. 2nd flag... Although it had the OLG (Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp.) letterhead I couldn't verify the Casino. I also received a $1950 check that I ...
