This so called company advertises that it is a loaded mastercard account. They claim it can be used anywhere a Mastercard can be used, including ATM's. WRONG!!! It doesn't work at any ATM's and is only good at a few select merchants. (You know, places you've never heard of) I paid $54 for this ...
