Parking citation even if the meter molly is wrong will not retract the citation. Disabled citation was issued even though palckard was visable - meter molly would not retract cite
The meter molly cited me for a parking in disabled space eventhough the plackard was visable (on the seat not covered) at CVS pharmacy on Florin Rd Sacramento CA.
