Checked with various states can not find any state where the company is registered or paying taxes massive fraud that the company won't respond to

I also am very concerned about this company basically stealing money from their consultants and never paying this money into the states. I checked with many states, it's quite easy to do. You just look up the department of treasury for a state and phone them and they look it up. I couldn't find any ...
