Ordered 4 pairs of shoes 7/29/08. Got 2 pairs 8/21/08- shipping showed all 4 were shipped. I went off and kept emailing Kim Rawley (Bob the hubby?) finally was told other 2 on back order, would ship 9/05/08.3 weeks later nothing - no response. Their local BBB (they are not a member-wonder why?) ...
