Bad Tenant, doesn't pay & recked the place
Horrible tenant. Comes across real nice but rarely paid on time. Left with owing more than 2 months of rent. Had a dog that used the new carpet as a bathroom had to replace and treat the floor before putting in new carpet. Kept all garbage in huge pile in the garage rather than throw out weekly. ...
