I bought a car from jd byryder 18 months ago i have had to have 2 major repairs and now the timing chain has broken on my 1997 plymouth breeze, and taken the motor out also. I want to return the car to their lot but if i do what are my rights. And what will happen can they garnish my pay check? ...
