Plaza on Westheime
The whole apartment lights have been out since 8:30pm no one has came to fix it!
The Westheimer Plaza apartments has been experiencing a power outage since 7:00pm and the time is now 6:00am no one has done anything about it! And Center point says that it's not their problem!
