Did not inform me that they would charge my credit card $80 rather than what I owed them
My checking account went into overdraft and I didn't know why until I found out that U-HAUL had charged me $80 instead of what they told me I was charged and what was written on my receipt. The amount on my receipt was $58.50. I called them and they said "that's because we charge your card 80 ...
