I am another dissatified customer of Conseco! In Jan. Of 2000 I signed a contract with them in the amout of $54,000 to finance a new moble home. My contract shows two different interest rates and states any payment over 15 days late there would be a charge of $5.00 or 5% of the unpaid payment. ...
