On 8/31/07, I went to Capitol Kia. I found a Kia Spectra in which I really liked and wanted to work the numbers with.in doing so they came back with 15% interest, I found that unacceptable since I have about a 700 credit score. Therefore payments would not match my budget. I left to take another ...
