SPRBALIFE on your statement: what to check and who to contact (checked October 14, 2026)
'SPRBALIFE' is a name that has appeared on card statements and bank text alerts. This page is for people trying to work out who a SPRBALIFE charge came from and how to dispute or cancel it. The routes below come from pages opened on October 14, 2026. Your card agreement and the letters you received control over any summary here.
Who the name has been tied to. A December 2024 complaint on the BBB profile for Superbalife International, LLC quotes a statement entry 'SPRBALIFE'; the company's reply on that file refers to an order placed online and delivered on December 9, 2024 (details in the complaint record section). Superbalife International, LLC's terms (posted at prostavar.com) name it as the maker of the products sold on its sites. The charge could also come from another business that processes under a similar name; a statement line alone is not proof of the seller.
Steps.
- Check your order emails and package receipts for the brands named on this page (Prostavar, Zyrexin, Zyatrim) and for any free-trial or 'preferred customer' sign-up.
- To ask about an order or cancel, the company's terms give toll-free 1-800-301-3257 (customer service; the same page says calling to cancel the preferred customer program takes effect immediately and no future shipments are sent) and [email protected]. Have the date, amount and the last four digits of the card.
- The Prostavar terms state: 'Every Prostavar purchase includes a 90-day money-back guarantee of the purchase price less shipping and handling.' They also say the product is returned within 90 days of delivery (contact customer service for the return address) and that 'Customers who purchased an offer from one of our radio advertisments will recieve a full refund of their purchase price' if the return is received as stated. A separate sentence says that if you do not agree to the terms you must return the product for a refund within 30 days of delivery. All of this is quoted as written on the Prostavar page; ProstaGenix has its own wording on prostagenix.com ('return the empty bottles to us up to 90 days from the time you get the bottles'), published under ProstaGenix, LLC.
- Phone numbers differ by purpose: prostavar.com shows 'To Order By Phone Call 1-800-815-2398' as its order line, while the terms give 1-800-301-3257 for customer service and cancellation. Do not assume the order number on a receipt is the cancellation number.
- Marketing texts: the terms say that opting in 'such as by clicking Place my order' agrees to text messages, and give the opt-out 'Text the single keyword command STOP to 800-301-3257'.
- Dispute route: the terms contain an 'ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER' ('YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT'), administered by the American Arbitration Association. Read it before relying on court options; your card issuer's dispute process is separate.
- If you do not recognize the charge, call the number on the back of your card and ask for a dispute (chargeback) and, if you think the card number was misused, a new card. Written dispute rights for credit cards run through your issuer; see the CFPB page on disputing credit card charges.
- You can also file with the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov, with your state attorney general, or with the BBB.
Who is behind the SPRBALIFE name
Legal entity. The Prostavar Terms & Conditions begin: 'Superbalife International, LLC, maker of various vitamins, dietary supplements, and other products sold on the Superbalife International website at www.superbalife.com, prostavar.com, and other sites'. The terms give 1449 S Robertson Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90035 as the mailing address for copyright (DMCA) notices, with telephone 1-800-301-3257, and give [email protected] for support.
BBB file. BBB lists Superbalife International, LLC at 1171 S Robertson Blvd Ste 525, Los Angeles, with Alternate Names 'Superbalife International LLC, Zyatrim', websites zyrexin.com and prostavar.com, a business-start date of September 19, 2005 and five Los Angeles locations. BBB states that it does not verify information supplied by third parties. No state registry record (California Secretary of State) was opened for this page, so entity status, officers and the date of formation are not stated here.
Brands. The zyrexin.com footer reads 'Copyright Superbalife International. All Rights Reserved.' (the year is written by a script at view time and the page's own timestamp reads 2020-07-01, so the footer is not evidence of current maintenance) and the site describes Zyrexin as a male-enhancement supplement sold at retailers. Prostavar is described on its own site as a prostate supplement. BBB complaint replies from the company also discuss ProstaGenix orders; the ProstaGenix site's footer names 'ProstaGenix, LLC', and the pages opened did not say how that company relates to Superbalife International, LLC.
Older consumer posts in this site's archive name 'Superbalife International, LLC' with Zyatrim and Longinexx with Robertson Blvd addresses in Los Angeles (the Longinexx post also lists 800-301-3257); they are linked on this page as stated in the complaint record.
Complaint record (as displayed October 14, 2026)
BBB. On the BBB profile for Superbalife International, LLC (not BBB accredited; rating A+ as displayed) the complaints tab shows 5 total complaints in the last 3 years and 0 filed in the last 12 months (3 answered, 2 resolved); the reviews tab shows an average of 1/5 from 3 customer reviews, the latest dated July 8, 2026. BBB says reviews are not used in the letter grade.
The complaint texts include: a December 17, 2024 billing complaint with a 'SPRBALIFE' statement line, answered by the company (it referred to a phone call with customer service and an order delivered December 9, 2024) and marked resolved by the consumer; an August 2, 2024 complaint about a 90-day guarantee on a Prostavar order bought through Amazon, to which the company replied that 'a full refund was issued' (the terms page opened does state that Superbalife does not authorize resale of Prostavar on Amazon and eBay); an April 16, 2024 billing complaint to which the company replied that two March 6 charges 'are not from us' and that its only order for the person was for ProstaGenix; a January 9, 2024 complaint about a package returned undelivered, to which the company replied that it issued a full refund (status: Answered); and a November 25, 2023 complaint to which the company replied the order was declined by the payment provider and no charge was taken. These are consumers' accounts and company replies as BBB displays them.
The three BBB reviews include a July 8, 2026 review in which the writer says the account continues to be charged without an order or product and that the charge must be disputed monthly, and a July 19, 2024 review in which a family member describes boxes of supplements mailed monthly to a relative (including ProstaGenix and another product). These are consumer allegations, shown with the company's 'preferred customer program' cancellation sentence for context; three reviews do not establish how the program works for other buyers.
This site's archive. 22 complaints posted from 2008 to 2013 are linked to this page as the company's own: 6 name Superbalife International, LLC (2008 to 2011; products Zyatrim, Longinexx) and 18 are filed under 'SPRBALIFE' (2011 to 2013). By posting year: 2008 (5), 2011 (3), 2012 (6), 2013 (10). Two further posts that mention SPRBALIFE but name another seller are linked as related, not as own. Counts by wording, not a finding: 9 of the 22 describe a charge the writer says they did not order or recognize; 12 mention a refund or guarantee; 6 say the product did not arrive or had no effect. All are consumers' unverified accounts; the older ones date from 2008 to 2013 and do not describe the company's current practice.
Other review sites were not used for counts on this page. The BBB figures above are one source and are not combined with the archive counts.

The California Secretary of State registry was not accessible, so entity status was not verified. Whether a particular charge was authorized depends on the order records, which only the company and your card issuer can compare with your account.
