I'll never purchase SOMETHING or suggest one to Mark's Bridal. It had been a laugh!!! To express the least. I'm not really the Bride. I'm a Bridesmaid. Our closest friend of 15years gets Committed in July. And that I requested my bridesmaid dress yourself in Feb (Not cheap either. $150.00). I had been informed that I'd get a phone once the gown arrived. I named Brian's Bridal on Saturday April 18th to determine if my gown had arrived. They explained that it's been there since March 26th. Which an associate at work named me on April 3rd. I NEVER received a call. The woman about the telephone extended to claim with me. And so I requested to consult with the Manager. The Supervisor's name was Cindy. She arrived about the telephone and explained that she's no idea where the very first affiliate got the info that I had been named on April 3rd. Mentioned that I ought to have gotten an email. Then said oh wait. It got started back. There should have been a glitch within the system. Total Bull!!! I never acquired a contact or telephone call... I had a need to acquire some modifications completed towards the gown and required them to be achieved over time for that wedding. I expected her how was I to be certain they could be completed promptly when my gown have been resting inside shop for 3 months without having to be informed... She stated that she might make a scheduled appointment and also the gown could be prepared over time... Totally ignored the problem at hand. The modifications woman explained it may be chalk or dirt in the point she was producing at the end of the gown for wherever it had a need to be.
