I've numerous sets of Ecco shoes and shoes. The bottoms have damaged after small use on 3 sets. The substance actually becomes gooey and drops down in portions, or as within the newest situation, the dark plastic has damaged and it is falling-off the only of the shoe. Ecco is pitiful so far as customer support can be involved. I delivered one set of shoes for them where the bottoms totally dropped down in portions. They explained the sneakers were no further under guarantee which was it. Such sorry support! I will not buy another set.
