Ripoff dishonest fraudulent excessive billing

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car fraudulently charged my account on three separate occasions and had to be taken to small claims court before they would reimburse the unauthorized charges to my account. Below is correspondence sent to them regarding the problems encountered. They are a rip-of and I would discourage consumers from renting from the company.

Once again I have encountered difficulty working with the staff at Huntington Park Enterprise. They continue to be unprofessional and lack follow through on important issues. As you read this correspondence, please take note that it is the third written complaint against the company regarding the same issue; a car rental that occurred in November and 5 months later this issues has yet to be resolved.

On Monday evening, March 29, as I was reviewing my bank account records it was observed that my account had not yet been credited the $655.73 payment from Enterprise, although payment had been received from Mazda for the same rental. On the following day I contacted both the regional manager Julio and staff at the HP branch to get updated information. No one was able to provide any assistance.

On Wednesday I contacted Ken in accounts payable at Mazda to determine in payment had been made, he confirmed that a check was submitted and processed by Enterprise on March 1. He suggested I contact the Venice branch for assistance. I spoke with Nicole and she was able to provide assistance. She located the payment through the accountant and apparently was able to resolve the issue in approximately half an hour. At this time it is highly concerning to me why she was able to resolve an issue that no one else seemed to be concerned with.

As a consumer I am concerned that your company has not taken these complaints seriously and continue to employ incompetent, unprofessional staff such as Danny Barajas. I am also concerned that the regional manager, Julio, who is very familiar with this complaint, has chosen to ignore me and my correspondence. Also, I find it ridiculous that I had to spend my valuable time researching this issue, making contacts, and basically doing the job of the Enterprise staff. This experience has taught me that your company has poor customer relations practices and I am looking forward to sharing this information with the mass media and any other avenue that is willing to take on my compliant and frustrations with the Enterprise Rent A - Car company.

Please be advised that I will continue to write letters, file complaints, and correspond with your agency until there is some resolve. Therefore, at this point I believe the only fair resolution to this issue is total compensation for ALL the problems I have encountered. I have enclosed an itemized list of costs and expect to receive payment in full. If I do not receive any such compensation, as I have previously stated, I do intend to file a legal complaint against Enterprise.

I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
