Ganley Dodge Paid way to much for a damaged vehicle

I purchased a used Chrysler van from this dealership. It is a 2006 Town and Country, I bought it in May. I was showed a carfax and told by the sales man that the van had never beeen in an accident.

As it turns out, when I switched insurance companies, I was told by my new agent that the van had been in an accident. There was a claim for repairs from the accident in October.

I called the dealership about this in originally in July of they brushed it off as being the fault of the carfax report. I stated that I would never had paid as much as I did for the van if I knew it had been in an accident. Again their brush off reply was that they would not have paid as much fopr it either when they took it as a trade in.

With my father being ill and finally passing away in 2011 I forgot about this situation. When I recontacted the dealership about it in March of this time I was hung up on by the sales manager, Tom. When I called again imeadiately, he gave me phony promise to call me back and I have not heard from him again.
