I had went online seeking to find a car. I immiediately said to myself when I seen this website that this would be good for me. So I then signed up in order to review the vehicles to choose from. Once I found the vehicle of my choice which was the same night I signed up I placed a call to get information to purchase vehicle, but I didnt get no one so I left a message along with my phone number. The person called the next morning and gave me the information on getting the vehicle but it was sold an gave me more information on the rules and regulations on getting these vehicles thru this autoleaselocator. Suprisingly I was not happy at all with what they had told me. So I then cancelled membership immediately due all the hassle and things I would have to go thru. I didnt have time for. I email autoleaselocator as directed to do when cancelling because you have 3 days to cancel. I also placed a phone call to them and spoke with a rep cancelling.
After the 2nd day I notice a charge of 39.99 on my banking account. I was upset. I then placed another e-mail for cancellation and placed another phone call to speak to a rep. I got thru and the rep assured me that the charge would take 7 days to come off my account. This was around Febrauary 27. The charge is still there as of March 13 11:30 A.M. I'm very upset and disappointed with these people.
