They will sendthe customer fake picture from the building process and ask for more money.
Some peoplepaid over 10.000USD and never got a car - we also contact New Mexico DMV 2months ago the never investigate this matter and the company http://www.kooblekar.com is trying getmoney from other people - the are never build a car and they takeadvantage of customer -theydont have a Manufacture licenses -theydont have dealer licenses -thecars the build dont have a safety test -theusing old Beetle Titel and sell the cars as VW bug - that shows the title
The using aframe from old VW Beetle that they put a Frame around this and sell this as newcar - - - - we contacted the DMV several times no response -
