How to write a successful Appeal - extended warranty

My claim was denied fbecause Mechanic was not prepared to prove damage when the adjuster arrived to confirm that repairs were neeeded. Mechanic denies this and says they just don't want to pay. I want the adjuster to return and il be present to avoid any controversy
