Let me give you the run down in cold hard facts:
1. Date agreed to pick up car 5/21
Date picked up 6/2
2. Price quote with "no surprise fees" $595
Actual cost $845
3. Customer service= Horrible
Ben Davidson contacted me saying "we have a truck in the area with space on it" That is his catch line do not let him trick you with that garbage. He then quoted me a total of $595 to ship the car. It took them 14 days to pick up the car after the order was placed. I was in no rush and this did not really inconvenience me so I didn't mind so much. What I do mind is when they ask me for $250 more than the quote after they pick up the car!!!
I was told that they sent me an email to let me know that I would be charged more for the shipping. I never received an email at all. I told him to send this supposed email and this is what he sent:
"Your car will be picked up tomorrow by Monzon transport there will be an additional amount required of $250.00 to get the move done, please reply. Customer service"
This email is almost so implausable that it is laughable, what a bunch of SCAMMERS, AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
